Classic Tweed Mittens for Fall

Fall is here! To me, that means knitting weather!

I love the rounded tops of these mittens. They are a relatively quick knit (although I ran out of yarn halfway through and had to wait for more yarn to come in the mail).

Here are some pics of the mittens on a white background.

Want to make your own? I used Purl Soho's super cute (and free!)
Classic Mittens Pattern. I have used this pattern before to make these
faux thrummed mittens.

My notes:
  • I used Knit Picks City Tweed Yarn in Jaquard, 1.3 skeins.
  • I used size 2 and size 3 needles with the magic loop method.
  • Overall, this is a fantastic pattern- no changes on my part. However, I would say measure carefully for the mitten body part. I wasn't paying attention and the left mitten came out slightly short. Sigh!
