Valentine's Day Coffee Sleeve

Valentine's Day is one of the best holidays! It's all about celebrating love, and possibilities for themed gifts abound. I like giving small gifts for this holiday.  This year, I made these Valentine's Day Coffee Sleeves. Good for the heart and for the Earth!  Add some cute packaging, and voila! Instant gift!

Valentine's Day Coffee Sleeve Crochet Pattern:

I used sport yarn and an H hook. 

Foundation chain. Chain 26.  Slip stitch last chain into first chain. You should have a ring now. Make sure it's not twisted. 

Row 1.  Chain one to raise height of row. Single crochet into the backbone of the foundation chain. 

Row 2.  Chain one to raise height of row. Single crochet into each chain. 

Row 3-8. Repeat row 2.  Finish and weave in ends. 

Heart:

I used this pattern with sport weight yarn and an F hook.

Finishing:

Sew on heart. 

Then I flattened the sleeve and blocked it (sprayed water on it) to give it a more polished look.
