No fuss home decorating!

T. and I just moved to a new, bigger apartment a few months ago.  It has been great for crafting! We have a ton of new walls and surfaces to decorate. I have been wanting to make something small to decorate my dresser.  I just heard about pic monkey on pinterest.  They let you "doctor" photos for free - and they don't even require a sign-in. I liked the site, although it didn't have a lot of options for overlays and editing text.  However, it took me less than 15 minutes to make this - even with me playing around with fonts and textures and sizes.  I am sure there are better sites for this type of project out there on the internet (let me know if you find one)!  But pic monkey let's you save your work as a jpeg (I'm including mine here in case you like it and it saves you some time).

I love the way this came out! This craft cost me about $3.  I try to scour Michaels, Ross, and TJ Maxx for cheap picture frames. They tend to come in handy for crafting!

It's also my first time using Instagram (I'm probably one of the last people to try it).  T. suggested it because I was saying that my phone takes terrible pictures.  In fact, my friend L. and I were just talking about how nice pictures seem crucial for a blog, but neither of us have a fancy camera! I think a real camera would still make this look better, but I am loving instagram!  Anyhow, hope you like this.

I'm also including a few pics I made with a cute saying from Piglet and Pooh. This would be cute in one of those multiple picture frame frames.  T. overruled my adding the ones below to our apartment, but I hope you all can use these! I think they are adorable, and they would be especially cute in a kids' room.
