Anyhow, I eventually decided on a signature tree. I used this great template for fingerprint trees from One Fab Day (http://onefabday.com/diy-project-free-fingerprint-tree-template/), and I played around with clip art in Microsoft Paint. The nice thing about that was that I was able to use the exact same color scheme for this tree that I used for my invitations (since I used Word for my invitations).
I saved some money by printing the poster at Catprint. I used them for all of my wedding printing. I found that they had the best quality for a good price. They let you see proofs of your images before you print, which is a huge plus. (Also, I am not paid by them, so you can definitely trust that this is my real and true opinion). They have coupons online sometimes, and if you sign up for your newsletter, there is often a coupon code in the flyer.
The frame is a simple frame that I bought off of Amazon Prime! The cover pops off for signing (above), but you can pop the cover back in for hanging the picture on your wall. Hope this helps someone else struggling with guest books!

Note: The above contains a link to my Amazon Affiliates page. I only post links to items I bought, use, and love! The link is for the exact frame I bought!
